A1 PRINT AND ADVERTISEMENT HOUSE LLP

At A1 Print, we are committed to delivering high-performance digital solutions, including Social Media Advertising, Google & Search Advertising, Brand Promotion, Graphic Design, and Website/App Development. Because our work involves custom strategy, creative labor, and technical execution, we operate under the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The "No-Refund" Standard

A1 Print adheres to a strict No-Refund Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that digital services are intangible and involve immediate resource allocation. Unlike physical goods, the professional hours, strategy sessions, and technical setups performed by our team cannot be "returned." Therefore, once a payment is processed, it is considered non-refundable.

 

2. Upfront Payments & Retainers

To secure a place in our production workflow, an upfront payment is required for all projects. This fee covers:

• Initial research and competitor analysis.

• Creative brainstorming and strategy development.

• The allocation of our technical team to your specific project. All upfront payments are final and non-refundable.

 

3. Milestone Approvals

For design and development projects (Websites, Apps, Graphics), we work in stages.

• Your approval of a milestone (e.g., a wireframe, logo concept, or draft) signifies your satisfaction with the work provided.

• Once a milestone is approved and we move to the next phase, no refunds or credits will be issued for the completed work.

 

4. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

For Google, Meta, or other Search/Social advertising services:

• A1 Print management fees are separate from your "Ad Spend."

• Any budget paid directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is handled by those respective platforms and is 100% non-refundable by A1 Print.

 

5. Project Cancellations

You may request to halt a project at any time by emailing a1advertisementprint@gmail.com.

• Upon cancellation, all work performed up to that date remains the property of A1 Print unless paid for in full.

• Cancellation of a project does not entitle the client to a refund of the initial deposit or any payments made for work already completed.

 

6. Extraordinary Circumstances

In the highly unlikely event that A1 PRINT AND ADVERTISEMENT HOUSE LLP is unable to initiate or fulfill a service obligation due to internal technical failures, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a service credit or alternative arrangement. These cases are evaluated strictly on an individual basis.

Agreement: By proceeding with a payment or signing a service proposal with A1 Print, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
